The aim of the project is to develop the bus stations which are powered by the solar energy, due to the weather condition and other geographical area of the Abu Dhabi, the sun light is enough to run things on it. This can be adopted full year as a source of energy. The aim of the project is to empower the bus stations with the solar energy which help them to move ahead in the project. PESTLE shows the number of opportunities in Oman which is needed for the success of the business. It helps in the management of the opportunities which helps the solar energy buses to enhance their success. The use of renewable energy helps in the management of the energy and enhance the success factor.
Solar energy is considered as one of the most important point of the energy generation now a days which is user friendly as well as eco friendly. There are number of the phases has been involved in the process which helps in the use of bus station to be more efficient. The project leads towards the renewable energy resources and motivate others to use of solar energy. The project emphasis over the use of renewable energy over the bus stations and use of conservative, processing techniques which helps the residents to provide energy (Fernandez, 2008).
This project will provide solar energy, especially in the bus stations within the Abu Dhabi areas. The project facilities are designated to match with the planned outcome without any delay. For that reason, the plan will conduct a comparative market research analysis to evaluate the timeline, resources, and cost required for the successful execution of the system. However, the project considers other competitors, particularly the oil and petroleum distributors, and appraise the best way to win their competition in a nutshell. Therefore, the project will prove why the solar system, mainly when installed in the bus stations, provides an alternative to fossil fuel energy at the expense of distributing a cleaner, safe, and secure energy resource to the humanity and the overall environment. Thus, the project will depict the significance of shifting to solar energy, especially at the bus station in Abu Dhabi, traveling, and booking joints (Fernandez, 2008).
project will mainly concentrate on solar energy and ways of reducing the environmental pollution. therefore, this project will run as Project Charter in the Abu Dhabi region with several activities conducted to ensure it commence and ends with proper documentation that will help stakeholders execute the real project with government funds. The test experiment will be carried out on selected areas where stakeholders and the manager will examine how the projects operate.
The scope of the work is the installation of the solar energy in the Abu Dhabi police station, management of the solar elements, the project should enhance the Dubai vision of 2030 as well as at the same time use of the environment friendly products as well as per the standards and state laws (Robert M. Gray, 2008).
The evaluation of the project is based on:

Political environment exercises great impact on any industry and business. The political factors affect the productivity and profitability of the company. Oman has the stable economy, political parties has an active involvement to present their action and reaction of different activities, decision and laws passed by government. Strong democratic setup is created by the government, which is beneficial for the support of international business.
At the present time, Oman is considered as one of the top emerging economies, which has a huge potential for future growth and success. A strong economic infrastructure facilitates the business firm to enjoy long term profitability. It has the second largest workforce of the work force, which attract the foreign investors.
In the evaluation of the external market environment, the role of social factors is significant. On social grounds, Oman is very attractive and as per the report given by National Family Survey 2015 2016, it is the Stable nation of the world in terms of politics (Singh, 2016). The country has a highly diversified culture and a young population. It has been estimated that the youth dependency ratio of the country is 43.9%.
In the 21st century, technological landscape of Oman has been transformed from traditional to digital. The technology sector of Oman has improved at a great extent and the country has rich resources of IT. In Oman a sizable increase in the extent of technology institutions and strong progress of telecom, IT and IT enabled services support the technological infrastructure of the Country.
When a market operates in country its legal and regulatory frameworks have a direct impact on its operations. In Oman, legal environment of the country is very influential and supportive for the foreign investors. In Oman, the government has also developed a systematic taxation system for protection, corruption and other illegal activities such as income tax, service tax, and sales tax and so on. The country laws are specific and protect child labor and slave policies (Euromonitor International, 2016).
From the framework of environmental analysis, Indian government has posed different strategies to protect it and minimize the level of population. A climate action plan executed in the country is the current strength of its environment. For the industry in Oman, the environment is very positive and attractive for the company.
At the same time, the government of Oman has taken initiatives for recycling and waste minimization to manage the deficiencies of natural resources. For ensuring that the firm are conducting ethical business practices and fulfilling the social responsibilities.
The work break downs structure has been to enhance the road map which is used for the completion of the project, serves the ways in which the duties, deliverables, schedule and project estimate has been done to enhance it. The project scope and deliverables has been subjected towards the work break down structure which helps to manage the project in a more efficient manner (AK Munns, 1996).

Ps: The company will be working 7 (seven days) in all weeks to meet the clients requirements.
The project is given approximately eight months to be completed, which translates to 240 days. However, 215 days is the estimated timeframe for the completion of the project. For that reason, the clients hired an exceptional company to oversee and complete the project within the estimated time. In order to achieve this, the company should work seven days a week, which means working even on all the weekends of the estimated period to meet the clients requirements and avoid the extra cost that comes with working past the estimated days. The extra 25 days are set aside to cover any emerging issues such as risks and damages during the installation of solar panels. Besides, the extra days are meet to verify the whole project after completion to ensure clients are satisfied (Kerzner, 2002).
All the costs in the table below are in Dirhams.
Project cost depicts all the facility cost incur and the total estimated budget of the entire project
The entire project cost 800,000 and it is divided into the number of the segments and phases, each phase needs to be enhanced with the success factor and other critical factors to be considered and plays an important role in it.
The total project budget is 800,000 Dirhams. As a team, we calculated this cost by applying the consultants data within the department in the Construction Company. Additionally, we researched other facilities costs based on previous successful projects in other countries. The installation activities mainly focused more on labor costs and materials costs. Therefore, the total cost is obtained through the summation of all the activities, which gives the estimated project cost (Crawford, 2005). The major aim is to enhance the project with the more success factor.

70,000 DHS is aside to cater to any risk or damage incurred during the project installation in the bus stations.
Notably, each activitys cost was calculated based on the information collected from the construction company, which deals with solar panels and other materials. Using this data, our team will able to estimate the average cost of each activity. The project was grouped into four categories: labor, materials, equipment, and indirect cost incurred, such as stationery, concrete, transportation, digging pole holes, et cetera. The table also depicts that some activities have no indirect cost. For that reason, these activities will not incur any cost during the completion of the project (D. Cleland, 1983). The execution of the project is the most important phase of the project to consider, the predict success rate depends upon how the execution of the project is carried out, how the execution plan has been made to enhance the project. The project manager is responsible for carrying out the all the activities and enhance them with the execution of project, the communication plan has been made accordingly to enhance within the team communication as well as with the in the stakeholders to manage the project and execution process to be carried out (Robert M. Gray, 2008).

The project focuses on evaluating the opportunity and acts on it. As a team, we choose solar installation at the bus station to promote an environmentally friendly life style, especially recycling as solar energy is renewable every day. Also, the bus station area enables people to enjoy their time with us. Besides efficiency, it provides classes for customers.
The solar installation is not just another energy project in the town that people use without care for their health and environment. The Project Charter is building relationships with its customers through what they need. Corporate social responsibility is the track we are taking to market and promote the business, make society happier, and the environment a better place in Abu Dhabi.
Before starting any project, considering the threats of failure and losing the capital is a must. While searching to make this business successful, the team has mastered and learned some crucial concepts. SWOT analysis is one of the concepts we use to give us some basics on the project. S for strengths of installing the solar panel in the bus stations and how we use CSR is adhered to during construction of the facility. W for weaknesses, which is the risk of using fossil fuels energy in these stations and try Project Charter and get the concept using solar energy running effectively to all the bus stations in Abu Dhabi in the right way. For the opportunity, which is the businesss location and creating the need for solar energy with those features. T for threats, which are competitors. The project has competitors from petroleum and fuel energy monopolists charging exorbitant fees and hindering stiff to green, eco friendly, and consumer friendly energy. This project is the first in the country; thus, it has higher sustainability and probability to succeed. The project charter focuses on the importance of installing and using this energy. In a nutshell, the project will conserve the environment because it meets the minimum threshold required (Fernandez, 2008).
The closure of the project is the important point to be considered, the closure activities includes the lessons learnt from the project, future of the project and other activities has been included in it. It includes the Formal customer sign off, Project scope analysis, evaluation of deliverables, Resource release, indexing of project files and other lesson learnt documents. The project needs to be evaluated on the basis of the deliverables to identify weather the project is successful or not, it also includes the number of the factors such as project lessons learnt and other future impact of the project which enhance them to make it more profitable and increase the life time.
The development of the project plays an important role in the eco friendly environment as well as helpful in energy efface of the project. The project helps to keep the project cost low and enhances the eco friendly environment impact over the public, the bus station to be converted onto the solar energy will helps to manage the impression and motivate the other public as well to adopt the eco friendly measures of the energy generation. The successful execution will help to implement the solar energy on all over the bus station located in Abu Dhabi and other gulf countries, helps to ensure the minimize the cost. The expected life cycle of the project is 7 15 years so it is the long term solution towards the energy consumption problem. It helps to make the country eco friendly.
