Reflective Critical Writing

Introduction:

Academic research is about finding out the main purpose of the problem, and to investigate every aspect of that problem quantitatively. It identifies all the aspects of the problem using different research methods. The period of this module proves out to be highly informative for me as it increases my knowledge by enhancing the research skills. The module is not only about learning the concepts orally but it has also made us learn the concepts practically by doing researches. It develops the stance of critical thinking about the important aspects of academic writing.

Reflective report:

Multiple events have occurred in the module that plays an essential role to develop the understanding of academic research. The experience throughout the module has many new concepts to learn that enhances the knowledge of applying academic research on different aspects. The entire module is highly advantageous in every aspect of learning. It enhances the knowledge to critically analyze different aspects of academic research and the implementation of that research in multiple categories of research. 

The Gibb’s Reflective Cycle

This reflective cycle is the best way to design a reflection. Reflection is all about the thought patterns, feelings, actions, and future perspectives of what is being learned in the module. This module comes up with a lot of concepts regarding academic research.

Following stages of Gibb’s reflective cycle will help in sectioning views about this module:

1. Description:

The module is about academic research and writing, it promotes learning academic writing with different perspectives while highlighting every minor detail of academic research. Many efforts are made in the entire module to enhance the learning process. The module promotes learning in every possible aspect that will be assisting in the application of future knowledge. Also, the entire module has been a river of knowledge promoting the importance of academic research in different areas of academic life.

2. Feelings:

The entire module has been highly engaging throughout and it provides a lot of knowledge. Before going through the module, I was expecting that academic research is quite difficult but the engaging style of professor’s teaching makes me learn many new concepts. Also, the logical style of knowledge and diversification of academic research makes me learn many new concepts. This makes the module highly advantageous for me.

3. Evaluation:

The entire experience of academic research and writing proves out to be highly beneficial and the entire experience of learning was amazing. I learned out many concepts and this increases my stance and skills to incorporate with academic research practically. This practicality proves out to be highly advantageous to complete with entire studies. The overall experience was great, as it not only reflects about learning the concepts but also polishes the skills to enhance the practicality of knowledge. This makes the entire module engaging and informative.

4. Analysis:

The learning of this module reflects a diverse knowledge that helps in polishing skills like critical analysis by looking at the perspective of academic research with different perspectives. It develops understanding and development of different concepts related to academic research. The focused approach makes me handle the challenges that I might have to come over with the practicality of academic research. Also, the logical implementation of knowledge develops an understanding of the course entirely. Critically evaluating the entire module, this journey proves out to be highly beneficial for analyzing knowledge and enhance the learning process. Academic research implies the implication of knowledge learned throughout the course.

5. Conclusion:

Academic research has a lot to do to implement these strategies shortly. The entire experience has created a positive impact on learning multiple experiences regarding academic research. I am also working to make improvements to polish the skills that will be helping in professional and personal development. This helps in personal skill development applying practical plans. It also modifies the behaviors and actions that enhance the analysis and investigation of different techniques that are essential for enhancing the applicability of academic research. It also pins points to different categories of academic writing while focusing on the techniques involved. Critically, the development of professional life plays the foremost role in developing a personal stance to cope up with the challenges occurring in the way of academic research and writing. Lastly, the module enhances the learning and evaluating process increasing the stance of doing academic research. Also,

6. Action Plan:

Designing action plan is highly appropriate to deal with the future upcoming goals. It helps in interpreting future goals. This will help in meeting the short term and long term goals. Long term goals help in making the future secure while meeting the goals and objectives of the future. This will enhance the chances to achieve goals and meeting the future mission. This action plan assists me in achieving long term goals while achieving short term goals. I will also be working on the challenges that I faced while achieving short term goals. Afterward, I will be working on my weaknesses and overcoming the obstacles that I faced.

The research topic that I selected is about business management, and it highlights all the current research issues. (Cassell, 2014). Following provides an overview of the research:

Reflective outline:

The research publication highlights the important aspects of the issues that are occurring in the business department. The thing I like about this research model is that it highlights the empirical investigation of every aspect of the research. It incorporates every business related aspect that makes the business competitive in the market place. Despite this, the generalization of the research provides a detailed overview of the research in both the public and private sectors. Many pieces of research focus only on one side of the research while this approach discusses the versatility of the topic. It involves almost all the business related issues that prove out to beneficial for the research. (Cassell, 2014). The research applies different analyzing and investigative techniques to proceed with the research process productively. The factors related to public growth and legal firm are also part of the research. It also made many arguments that are occurring as barriers in total quality management and human resource management. The diversity of the arguments made by the researcher to develop an overall business plan related to current business issues. The focus is not only on the internal environment issues but also on the external environmental issues. (Cassell, 2014).

Arguments of critical importance as per research:

The arguments made in the research that is related to the critical stance include:

1. He made an argument that business issues are rapidly increasing with the changes made in the internal and external environment. (Cassell, 2014). This argument was made by the research and critically highlights all the internal and external business impact that interferes with the performance of the business. It also demonstrates a versatile knowledge related to business issues. (Cassell, 2014)
2. Another argument made by the researcher was the development of emotional intelligence and conflict management. He devised an empirical investigation to critically analyze the relationship between these factors. This adds up support to the research. (Cassell, 2014).
3. The researcher also made different arguments related to total quality management and human resource management. This research argument highlights different effective activities that increase the productivity of a business and dealing with different issues. Critically, this aspect provides support to the research in a way that it develops all the relative issues that are coming in the way of business management. Also, the quantitative and primary based data of the research makes it even more authentic. (Cassell, 2014)
4. Different arguments were made for the factors that are influencing the business decisions to be made. He made arguments about the change in purchasing decisions of customers and the influencing factors that impacts on the changing behavior. He also critically analyze every aspect of business marketing along with network marketing as well.
5. Many arguments were made to deal with business related issues and the real estate sector. This argument was proved out by the empirical study that gathers the evidence that enhances the research purpose. Much research pieces of evidence are also provided to increase the authenticity of the research. (Cassell, 2014)

Conclusion:

The research is all about dealing with the business related issues that are coming as a barrier to making up with the research shreds of evidence with great support. The research is all about the business related issues that are hindering the effectiveness and productivity of the business. It not only highly the issues in the internal environment but also deals with the external environment. This versatility supports the effectiveness and generalization of the research. Also, there is a diverse range of knowledge involved in the study.
