P1:

An association has some basic thoughts. It is believed before that association is a meeting of persons who had a comparable cause, such as an association, a school or a fund.

Types of Organization

And with the thorough exercise, however, there are a large number of organizations which conduct activities, which can be ordered by three main categories, the private sector, the government sector, and NGOs

Purposes

It defines a companys goal, vision, and goal structure, which defines the firms primary function and company. As a result, the associations goal should follow the meaning and objective explanation. A significant number of organizations have a sense and objective description of upcoming events for employees to remember their jobs and communicate effectively (Oke, 2007).

Besides, Vision is establishing objectives, i.e., the extremes of relationships and the potential. The vision serves as an overarching overview of how the relationship can evolve in the future and what benefits can be gained. Besides that, he stated unequivocally the corporations mission and potential goals: the vision that the organization should transform into future help  (Anandarajan & Srinivasan, 2012).

P2:

Sizes of Organizations

Following are the sizes of various types of organizations

The most important things to bear in mind are the number of employees and the companys turnover. The size of a company is determined by the number of workers who work there and the amount of money they receive.

Micro sized Organization

The minimum staff numbers for the micro sized organization is 10 with a turnover of around 2 million euros. It mainly includes the singly owned business. Single owner contacts customers directly. Sole ownership enables to transfer salaries and capital among an enormous number of people. Ownership organizations alone are small(Ashton, 2004).

Small Sized Organization

For the small size of the organization, the number of staff head is less than 50 employees with a minimum turnover of around or less than10 million euros. A small size organization may have a partnership as well or the singly owned.

Medium sized Organization

The staff count for the medium size organization is 250 employees with a turnover of around or less than 50 million euros. Most of the time, medium size organization converts into the large size organization to perform the business activities for more profit or capital gain.

Organizational Structure of Companies selected

Tertiary businesses are generally retailers that sell or deliver customer service for the item. The tertiary industry is NGOs, the secondary and third sector are Toyota, whereas the tertiary industries also are KFC.

Scope

The scope is determined by the type of products. Shaukat Khanum has been discovered to be a charitable organization with a broad based aim to promote enhanced funding to protect itself from new market entries, but risks may be too significant for huge, more resourced organizations to defend themselves. Different features such as dynamic, varying and uncontrollable have been found in the business environment in Toyota in global businesses. Thus, according to the client and social trends, Toyota is gradually shifting its business environment, but its unpredictable. The sector supports business worldwide. The company contrasts because it is based on macro environments and forces and industry wide variables.

M1:

Organizational Structures

A joint structure that controls the office and division tightly and the required leadership authority is utilized in a decentralized framework, while the division structure is generally used as a portion of larger organizations, which operate in the vast geographical area to cover distinctive products or market regions, theoretically essential parts. The division has distinct working limits. There are three primary types of hierarchical structure: Departmental, divisional and matrix(Budde et al., 1982).

Divisional

Correspondence is in all cases impeded by the lack of cooperation among representatives of various branches. The structure has the benefit that demands can be met even more quickly and in particular. The division structure is expensive because of its size and extension. The lower division system can be used by private enterprises with various employment in various fields of the city. KFC adheres to that.

Matrix

Matrix: The third significant types of authoritative structures, known as matrix structure, are another robust framework. The design of the network generally involves advantages of active and divisional systems in one organization, typically used by big multinationals. This is capable of countering checks since most sectors of the organization will consist of dual management, a helpful manager and the like minded administrator or divisional manager who includes a portion of the same administrative field. This is more suited to K&Ns.

Departmental

For instance, an advertising agency, a company office, and a creative division develop a sound framework to gather each component of the organization. It works exceptionally well for private companies, in which each office can depend on the abilities and know how of its specialists and reinforce it.

The hierarchical limits of the operation of distinct offices to coordinate and correspond to the divisions must not be limited by either the disadvantages for practical design

P3:

The organizational function is based on the goals of an organization that are set by the higher management. All the functions are significant to be performed effectively like the marketing process which is advantageous for suppliers and customers both so that product and services awareness can be done. The process of marketing is a relationship bridge for loyal customers and reliable suppliers for example.needs of customers accordingly which is the major objective of their organization (Burton, and Obel, 2018). Other than that, Toyota Company address the product and service information to customers so that new product can effectively attract the customer through marketing. According to the research done by Shoyemi (2014)

It has been identified that communication and coordination while performing function can make the social behavior of employees better and it also represents the organizational structure in an improved way. As stated by Adeel et.al, (2018), finance is the most significant can’t precise to handle department which is associated with the utilization of resources of the organization for various functions according to the objectives.

Other than that, just lie Toyota company accounting function has been monitored according to daily transactions of their all sales and purchases which helps them to track that they are achieving their target profit or not. This accounting practice makes the company more focused on their objective. The cash flow in KFC makes sure that the company pays enough funds to NGOs so that an organization can maintain its liabilities. Human Resource functioning is based on managing the whole organizational structure and performance of employees. (You, 2012).

2.0. M2:

2.1. Advantage

The specialized employees give an effective contribution in the progress of the company due to their skills and they also contribute to making their company policies and rules in which organizational functions are interlinked and influence the structure of an organization.

The organizational structure is always developed in which employees are placed in different departments and different teams so that they can show their overall efficiency and skills in their assigned tasks (Stamarski, and Son Hing,2015). Through different tasks assignments, the employee will be able to challenge himself or herself for different work. Most of the employees get bored with the same tasks again and again. (Zbirenko, and Andersson, 2014).

2. 2. Disadvantages

When the interrelationship of in between organizational functions becomes unable to provide perfect growth grounds to specialized employees than the human respire function of retaining employees impacts the structure of the organization negatively. Due to which organization gets in loss of talented employees and people might get grab better opportunities. The operation of the organizational structure might get complicated when technical issues in the interrelationship of functions are not handled properly. The employees always work on maintaining a good relationship with customers but restriction for managers in decision making might create issues in the production of services (Jani?ijevi?, 2013).

The organizational structure sometimes neglects to develop problem succession which creates issues in different functional departments and impacts the systematic way of achieving organizational aims and objectives.

There are both positive as well as the negative impacts on KFC and Toyota with regard to the macro environment. The laws, regulations and the politics of Singapore government control all the working companies in Singapore as well as other businesses. In Singapore, intellectual property has powerful security over all the Asian countries (Singapore Rankings, 2012). In Asia, Singapore has been the least dispassionate country. The macro environment of Toyota motors corporation (TMC) has a various set of political, economic, social as well as technological forces to impact on the company or business. It impacts both positive as well as negative

Impacts of Macro Environment

Following are the positive macro environment impacts on the KFC and Toyota Motors Corporation (TMC).

Economic Environment

Keeping the external factors balanced, the company had a positive impact of having 13th rank and became the worlds largest multinational organization based on the revenue of the company (Toyota, 2016). The international business is growing today and therefore, faces a lot of problems from the external environment known as the Macro environment.  The economy of the country grows with the growth of roads, airports as well as ports, and so is with the Toyota.

Toyota has got a lot from the enhanced and improved economic conditions of the country (Dahlman, 2007). There also been a new ICT infrastructure which is crucial and has been the reason for further success in the competitive market. Toyota beats the competitors for having the best infrastructure as well as the road system. It is the advantage of the fair economic conditions in the country.

Political Environment

The impact of political conditions on the KFC is favorable due to the fact that the country is having a favorable economy. The political conditions are favorable as the country is growing and having less conflict (Richards, Devinnery, Johnson and Yip, 2009).

Social Environment

Socially, the people are fond of fast food in china, therefore; there is a dire need to manage the environment of the restaurants. Other than this, the growing demand for the food has made it the most reliable way to get a quick service. Same is with the Toyota, the increased demand of the Luxury and fast vehicle.

Technological Environment

The new technology in the japan to have a great infrastructure of the roads has opened the new ways for the successful business. There is a testing voice technology to check the chicken and the distribution system among the people on the counter is commendable at KFC.

M3

PESTLE analysis for KFC:

For the PESTLE analysis of KFC, there are six critical things to note and understand. The foremost is the political factor. Due to the fact that KFC has not been using the original name for the business and the abbreviation was not able to define the business. But, when the fried chicken of KFC came into controversy then the company took a decision to change the brand image.

Economically, KFC has its own value in the market as people mostly go for fast food restaurants and there is nothing better than KFC. People are fond of fast food due to the reason that it is cheap and quick to serve (Schlosser, 2010). All the struggling in the Chinese market but KFC is leading.

PESTLE analysis for Toyota Motors Company (TMC)

PESTLE analysis of Toyota reveals that the company took the decision to expand the business in the United Kingdom. Due to the unstable political condition, Toyota decided to sell cars in Thailand in 2014 but unfortunately, the unstable situation of Thailand as well as discourages the company to invest there.

Both internal, as well as the external environment of the business factors, impact the organization functions at a greater extent. There has to be a clever decision making to conduct the business because a single decision would affect the whole of the organization. while analyzing the KFC, there are factors affecting the internal as well as external environment of the business.

Moreover, the external factors including the political system as well as the economy. Of course, KFC is not just operating in China rather, the brand is expanded worldwide. mostly, the external analysis of the factors is a process by which organization comes to know the current trends as well as the situations of the company where organization get affected by the strategic decisions (Schrione, D.A. 2012).

Moreover, there is a change in every country in terms of the economy such as a change in the inflation rate. It is the major cause of the purchasing power of the people who can afford fast food which is quick and easy. Any organization can measure the strengths through performance indicators (Pandey, A. 2013).

M4

A SWOT analysis includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities as well as threats. These affect both the internal and external factors of the organization.

Strength: Strength refers to the capabilities as well as the resources of the organization through which the organization is capable of creating better economic value as well as the competitive edge advantage. The strong steps of the company towards success will have a great impact on the goodwill of the company. Therefore, it is a useful decision to enhance the capabilities of the company.

Weakness: The company has weaknesses mean it lacks the resources as well as its capabilities. Ultimately, it forbids the company for creating the economic value or to gain a competitive edge. With the weakening environment of the company, it will affect the business and success of the organization. The decision making needs to know the weaknesses to avoid any negative impact. Additionally, it will affect the goodwill of the company.

Opportunity:  Opportunity is the chance a company can have to progress in the business. It will thus, improve the performance of the company. Therefore, it will create the economic value of the company. These both pestles as well as SWOT are the great tools to analyze the operations of the business of the company. For better decision making, there should be a strategy to tackle the operations of the company, including internal as well as the external factors.

Threat: it indicates the forces which force the organization or business to perform at a lower extent. There can be many matters such as political where the government can take actions such as change or increase in rules or laws. Through the analysis of SWOT of the company, there can be tools used to affect the organization with the macro environment for the decision making (D., Margea, C., Hurbean, L. & Artene, A.S. 2014).

For better decision making, there needs to be the analysis of every factor relating to the business to get better results. Every decision should be based on the strengths as well as the weaknesses related to the situation. It will definitely put the productive decision. As a consequence, it will affect the vision, mission and the core values of the company. Through internal and external environment, the company can analyze the economy, cultural trends as well as the lifestyles. In this way, the KFC, as well as Toyota, will be able to make efficient decisions through the proper risk and opportunity assessment.
