GSBL offers a diverse number of courses in multiple fields, and it all depends on the interest of a student that makes him select an appropriate course. GSBL has a list of courses from business to international relations, along with a wide knowledge of book present. The major courses of GSBL include the study of business and management, specialties in the college of Athens, detailed study of international relations and academic support, law, law governance, Nelson College, professional courses, QA higher education, school of management and school of business as well. All these studies provide a detailed overview of each aspect of the course. These GSBL courses require different sets of skills. Having mastery in these sets of skills is highly essential to choose any of the above courses. As the school of business requires specialties that a student must have to choose this subject. These skills proceed to make a person choose a relevant field.
The School of business requires a different set of business skills, like leadership skills, HRM skills, time management, and risk management strategies. All these skills help make the business of a person productive. (Maleki et al., 2015). It requires the practical knowledge of every business related departments. (Laud et al., 2015). The main efficiency that this field requires includes human resource management, and a person who is about to choose this field must be efficient in this. School of business requires studying different books of knowledge that include research methods in HRM, business research methods, research methods for business students. These books are one of the most useful means of increasing a student’s contribution to the business. These books are also from the past ten years so they will be having up to date knowledge regarding every business research method.
GSBL offers most of the courses related to business, management, finance, accounting, and law. All of these skills require some basic skills that will be helping in choosing any of the above courses in practical business life. (Laud et al., 2015). These courses implement different theoretical approaches into a student that will be functioning to polish the skills of students. Therefore, it is highly appropriate to choose a course in which a student thinks that he has mastery because it will be highly advantageous in the future. Following are some skills that student must have to choose any of the GSBL courses:
At least four of the above skills must be present in a student to choose relevant courses because these skills will decide the future of the student while the entire module will be polishing the skills. The need of the hour is to dig out any one of the professional course to implement in the practical life, along with the skills. Also, the need is to make a detailed overview of all the courses to satisfy the mind by providing it with different rationales to choose a course. (Maleki et al., 2015)
It is highly essential to choose a course that sounds more appropriate for a student. For this purpose, the need is to have a detailed overview of the courses present. This detailed overview requires measuring the skills while digging about the skills that sound appropriate for choosing a course.
The course suits the skills and the interest of me is the school of management. It requires an appropriate set of skills that I think are present in my personality. The School of management is all about managing high scale business while maintaining the sustainability of the internal environment. It also demands to maintain the internal environment reducing the involvement of outside environmental factors. (Maleki et al., 2015). It also requires a sense of responsibility to manage a different set of businesses. This course requires reading in detail about the sustainability principles of management, a book named as “our common future,” and transforming corporate sustainability and responsibility. The School of management somehow also links to the principles of tourism that require managing different tourism industries. As per every study, it also requires the development of different strategies that will be highly efficient in doing business management. (Hoffman & Shipper, 2012)
A list of reasons is present that makes me choose this course to implement in my practical life and the coming module. Along with all the GSBL courses, these courses suits my interest any on my skills as well. Following are some of the rationales that make me choose this course:

To choose the school of management as practical course leadership skills must be present in a person. I dig out these skills in myself in the manner while I spend some time in an organization. That organization makes me dig out these skills in myself. I know how to deal with the larger team negotiating the barriers coming in communication. These barriers usually include cultural barriers, language barriers, and efficient communication between different regions. However, the need is to apply leadership skills well while incorporating the managerial skills in it. (Hoffman & Shipper, 2012)
To choose a managerial sort of study, the student must have these skills in it. These skills help in efficiently developing practical life while taking every decision that proves out to be productive for management business. Problem solving skills are interlinked to the cognitive ability of a person, as it requires logical and rationale based thinking. Different problem solving skills also require innovation skills that are of greater efficiency to proceed in any business. (Hoffman & Shipper, 2012)
Financial management must also be present in the student who is about to choose the school of management. I dig out these skills in myself by volunteering myself in different types of social movements. I know well how to manage finance and different inventories in s prescribed. (Maleki et al., 2015). This skill is required almost every course of business that is about to be selected in the future.
Selecting a managerial related course also requires effective communication, which I had developed into myself through the entire study course. This imposes a positive impact on the stakeholders and the business investors that are going to be part of the business you will be running in the future. It also requires the implementation of different theoretical into the business sectors. These theoretical approaches require studying the course efficiently while focusing on practical knowledge as well. (Maleki et al., 2015)
Both theoretical and practical knowledge will polish these skills, which will be developing in the future after learning the course. These things will make me highly efficient and I can perform well as it is my area of interest.
Every GSBL course requires different skills and rationales that make the students choose them. The courses must be according to the choice of student’s skills and students must dig out their hidden skills to choose relative interest areas. This will also assist in developing mastery of different skills. (Maleki et al., 2015). I find myself more suitable in the school of management because it is my area of interest and I have more of the developed skills in my personality.
