As Nike have a strong market share and brand personality so they can manage all of their data according to the powerful applications they are using.

  1. Scenario planning is the technique used by the Nike and the planning is used to collect the data for the collection of the data.
  2. Sustainable product development is the planning which is used to do the development of the product by sustainable methods.
  3. Customer Segmentation is the method that customizes the segments for the customer to provide the segments for the customers.
  4. New store location selection is the marketing process on which Nike investigates about the store and they are opening the new location about the customers and the store.
  5. Product Selection is also the process in which product is selected or rejected or innovated according to the reviews and the collection of the data.
  6. Inventory management is also analysis in the process of the collecting information for the different process.
  7. In store customer experience: Customer experience is collecting in store by collecting the information according to their reviews and their feedback; they are collecting the data by surveys and observation. It is helping them to analyze and make strategies according to the data and they are applying strategy according to the customer that what product they should innovate and what product they can continue and what is enough for the time.

The recommendation for the Nike is to build more powerful application which are having more functions and capabilities to collect the data and after collecting it will analyze it correctly, which give them the profit and competitive advantage.

Nike has the strong network of data analyzing and they can collect the data for analyzing and the apps which they are using are also innovated time to time. The data analysation is a process to know about the goals and the product (where are we now). It gives the proper image to the business about the brand about the company progress and more importantly the thinking, feedback and reviews of the consumer about the product. The business data analysis process should be powerful to collect the correct data and analyze it properly. After some years the method of data collecting should also change by the time being and Nike will change it according to the time because innovation is a key point for the Nike and they are manage it according to the time and in next year they will innovate some new technology to collect the data more accurately and analyze it properly to achieve more goals of the brand and it will give them more profit because innovation, correct data collection then making report and from them the important points from them and then manage the company according to the collection of data and analyze them is the success of the brand or business.
